Dermal Fillers Overview

Dermal fillers are a popular alternative to surgical treatment that requires minimal downtime. A dermal filler is an injection, usually containing a hyaluronic acid gel, which is injected into the desired area to boost the skin’s supply of hyaluronic acid which assists with hydration and skin thickness.

Hyaluronic acid is a substance that already exists in our bodies and serves many purposes, such as bringing moisture after the surface of the skin, regulates water balance, and transports vital nutrients.

As dermal filler boosts the skin’s supply of hyaluronic acid, revitalizing and adding volume to the skin, this decreases the appearance of lines and wrinkles, resulting in smoother-looking skin.

How Much Do Dermal Fillers Cost?

We use hyaluronic acid fillers exclusively in our practice due to their fantastic safety profile and natural appearance.  Not only are they are versatile, but they are reversible with a simple injection of a dissolving agent called Hyaluronidase that has been used in medicine for many years.

Dermal Fillers Consultations Available

The cost of most of our fillers are $675 per syringe.  Some longer lastiing products are slightly more expensive, such as Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Contour and Restylane Defyne which last slightly longer than others. The cost of second and third syringes injected at the same visit are reduced by $100 per syringe.  Most importantly these fillers are injected by our experienced Board Certified Dermatologists to achieve the best results in the safest manner.  Our team of expert physicians have over 75 years of collective experience in injecting hyaluronic acid fillers.

We provide a number of different dermal filler treatments, including the following:

Juvéderm®

Juvéderm® is one of the most popular hyaluronic gels around, creating a soft feel and a natural appearance in the skin. It is an ideal treatment for people with facial lines and folds in the skin. It can also increase the volume in the cheeks and lips and gets to work on nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and more. Each Juvéderm® product has a different hyaluronic acid formula to achieve a specific goal. Juvederm Voluma is one of the longest lasting fillers on the market.

Restylane®

This versatile filler creates fullness in the lips, plumps up facial areas, and improves some scars. There are a number of different Restylane® products for specific uses, including RestylaneⓇ Kysse for natural-looking lip volume.

RHA® Collection of Fillers

The RHA® Collection of Fillers are the latest addition to the American market, which is designed to mimic the natural hyaluronic acid compounds in your skin, and was created to blend in with your skin’s natural hyaluronic acid compounds, creating a look that is fuller, richer, and not out of place with your natural look.  RHA2 is wonderful for fine lines and subtle lips, and RHA4 is superb for cheeks and jawline.

Am I a Candidate for Dermal Fillers?

The ideal candidate for dermal fillers is someone who has fine to moderate wrinkles or folds on their skin or who desires volume in the cheek area, enhancement of the jawline, or improvement of lip contour or lines.

Dermal fillers can create full and more vibrant skin. If you are looking to recreate that fullness without having to undergo surgery, dermal fillers are an excellent choice if you have moderate issues that you wish to correct as soon as possible.
