How Clear + Brilliant Works
Clear + Brilliant is a gentle yet powerful non-invasive laser treatment that is specifically designed to refresh skin from the inside out. It sends thousands of tiny columns of energy to the skin causing very controlled zones of injury. This in turn creates a cascade of healing response and renewed skin. Unlike other anti-aging treatments, it comes with virtually no downtime and a low risk of complications.
There are two types of lasers that may be used: a 1440-nanometer laser, which is intended to reduce pore size, smooth fine lines and improve skin tone, and a 1927-nanometer laser, which focuses on treating pigmentation issues like sun spots and sun damage but also improves luminosity.
You will use topical numbing cream to prepare for the Clear and Brilliant treatment. Once the numbing agent has worked, our laser nurses will treat your entire face with the laser using multiple passes. During this time, you will experience a warm tingling sensation which may be more intense in some areas more than others.
After the procedure, the laser nurse will apply a cooling face mask. Post treatment, you may experience some mild redness and swelling, which will fade in about 12 hours. In only a matter days, you’ll enjoy fresh, glowing skin that will have you smiling from ear to ear.
