Rebecca Droms, MD

Dr. Droms joined Krauss Dermatology in 2021 to provide a range of dermatologic services to patients of all ages including medical, pediatric and cosmetic care. Her special interests include melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers, psoriasis, acne, and pediatric dermatology, including atopic dermatitis. Her warm and reassuring manner puts both patients and their families at ease, and she is committed to providing an individualized and detail-oriented approach to her patients’ concerns that helps them feel comfortable and confident.

Dr. Droms completed her residency training in dermatology at the University of Massachusetts, where she was appointed Chief Resident, after completing her internship year at Cambridge Health Alliance and receiving her M.D. from the University of Massachusetts. She graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with degrees in child development and psychology, after which she completed her postbaccalaureate premedical studies at Harvard University.

She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, Women’s Dermatologic Society for which she was proud to serve in the Resident Liaison role throughout her training, and the Massachusetts Medical Society. Dr. Droms is part of the consulting staff at Newton Wellesley Hospital.
